•   Put A valid address on both the pages so that you can get a proper match after you Merge or join pages with Different Names on face-book.

•   After this you will get suggest an edit on both the pages. (None of the admins will be able to see this ).

•  On the page you want to add the custom page name just click on "suggest an edit".

•  Now add link of other page in Duplicates. (It should also contain address , same address)

•  Now select the pages .

I have two Facebook Pages for the same thing. Can I merge them?

If you're a manager-level admin of both Pages, you may be able to merge duplicate Pages. This option is only available for Pages that represent the same thing and have similar names.

To merge your Pages:

1. Make sure you're using Facebook as yourself and not as your Page
2. From the top of the Page you want to keep, click Edit Page
3. Select Edit Settings
4. Select Merge Pages and click Request to merge duplicate Pages
5. Fill out the form and click Send

Merging Pages combines all of your likes and check-ins, but all other content such as posts, photos and the username will be permanently deleted from the Page you merge. Content on the Page you want to keep will remain unchanged, except for the addition of likes and check-ins that were merged from the other Page.

Note: The Page you don't want to keep will be removed from Facebook, and you won't be able to unmerge it.
